Hello and welcome! My name is Emily Schiltz and I am a Learning & Development Specialist for a digital transformation firm in the legal industry. As a Human Resources professional and corporate trainer, I oversee the design and facilitation of my company's Management & Leadership Development Programs. The best part of my job is helping employees discover what they do best, and ensuring they have opportunities to hone those skills every single day. I especially love coaching managers and leaders to create engaged, committed and strengths-based teams that perform better.
My favorite thing about being a CliftonStrengths coach is getting to connect with individuals on a deeper level in order to improve their self-awareness and empower their potential. I live for those "Aha" moments when my clients come to appreciate their unique strengths and together, we devise ways to use them more intentionally.
