I'm in the business of helping people be intentional. Whether they are building a healthy company culture, developing their leadership skills, or wanting to foster healthier relationships - if they are intentional, they begin to unlock true potential.

Consider your current greatest challenge. Chances are, it is a “people problem.” I’ve found that, more often than not, people are at the center of the most difficult challenges we face. Processes and protocols won’t fix all the interpersonal tension we deal with (whether it’s in the workplace or at home). Understanding natural hardwiring and the way people think, feel, and behave is the first step in addressing these tougher issues. It’s also where we find the most success in life. That’s where coaching comes in.

After graduating from Cornell University with a Communications degree and stepping into a consulting role, I quickly realized how impactful a psychometric tool in business can be. As a Culture Strategist and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I’ve had the privilege of walking individuals, families, corporate teams, and entire organizations through the process of understanding Strengths. I’ve seen firsthand the impact of Strengths coaching, and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve had clients moved to tears because they find out that an attribute others have described as negative can actually be a strength. Others leave sessions empowered to tackle an issue that previously felt impossible. Many have “ah-ha” moments that activate forward movement where they previously felt stuck. The list goes on.

There is power in putting language to your identity. When we lean into our strengths, potential suddenly becomes reality. What an honor and joy it is to watch that unfold. When people grow, businesses grow.
