About Andrew
Andrew Robertson, associate principal, partners with financial services companies to activate their people and culture strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences. He has served as a principal and consultant to the industry's leading companies, supporting growth strategies through client-centric cultures while empowering leaders and their teams to be high-performing and effective. Prior to his leadership role in Gallup's Financial Services Practice, Andrew led Gallup's Canadian operations as well as a portfolio of client relationships and engagements.
Before joining Gallup, Andrew worked for a European investment bank as an equity sales executive, advising institutional clients. He also worked for a major business technology firm and a global food and beverage company.
Andrew has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. He also holds CSC and CPH certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute.
