About Rohit

Rohit Kar is a Regional Director with Gallup based in Melbourne. He has 19 years of experience working with clients across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Rohit supports his clients through strategic consulting, organizational performance, culture transformation and customer centricity.

Rohit's clients include organizations across banking, healthcare and public sectors, among others. He leads large transformational projects across APAC and represents Gallup through speaking engagements at numerous conferences and events.

Rohit began his career at Gallup's India office before moving to manage the business in Thailand. After four years there, he became the head of Gallup's consulting group in Middle East. He has been in Melbourne since 2019 and currently manages sales and consulting for Australia, New Zealand and India.

Rohit has an MBA in marketing and finance from the Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad and a degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai.
