Heather is a leader within Gallup’s Consulting Practices, responsible for translating key research insights into consultative approaches that advance Gallup’s advisory capabilities. Heather also leads engagements with enterprise clients in the financial and professional services industries. Prior to joining Gallup, Heather spent a decade working in progressive human resource leadership roles, advising on talent strategy, human capital performance and organizational development. She has worked with organizations ranging from boutique startup agencies to large, global enterprises.

Anna Sawyer is a Principal Partner with Gallup, with 25 years’ experience helping companies build thriving, high performance workplaces. Based in London, Anna supports a diverse group of clients – from small start-ups to large enterprises – as they improve performance by truly investing in their people. Anna is a passionate strengths and engagement advocate, advising clients on integrating these strategies across the employee experience for greatest impact. She is a mum of four which provides a large motivation for her work in helping create more workplaces, that future generations can feel excited about joining and contributing to. Anna is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, leading with Competition, Maximizer, Communication, Activator and Achiever.
