Allan consults with senior business leaders across Asia Pacific to improve employee performance by increasing engagement, leveraging the strengths of individuals and teams, improving employee selection and succession planning, and developing leaders. Allan is a sought-after speaker on people and performance and is often interviewed by prominent business publications and radio and television stations. Allan regularly conducts senior executive coaching engagements to improve leadership performance.

Tracey Lake is Great Southern Bank’s Chief People Officer. She leads all facets of People & Culture for the Bank, including Business Partnering, Remuneration, Culture, Leadership, Learning & Development, Organisational Change Management and Strategic Workforce Planning. Tracey has been with the Bank for over 7 years and is also a Non-Executive Director of Mutual Market Place, a subsidiary of Great Southern Bank and People’s First Bank, supporting our industry’s procurement, supplier and contract needs. Her achievements Include leading Great Southern Bank’s recognition as a Gallup Engagement Global Exceptional Workplace award, Diversity Council Australia Inclusive Employer recognition, and the Australian Human Resources Institute Best Organisational Change and Strategy award.

Nicki has been with FMG for more than 14 years, working across a range of senior roles, including Area Manager, Head of Agribusiness Centre, Head of Claims and, most recently, leading our response to Cyclone Gabrielle and the Auckland Anniversary Weekend Flood events as Chief Recovery Officer. She joined FMG’s Executive Leadership Team in October 2023 as Chief People Officer. Her collaborative leadership style, operational expertise, and ability to influence others have seen her become a central figure in leading large operational teams, business change and building people capability across FMG.

Rachel Smith has always had a taste for adventure. Moving countries over 7 times before the age of 12 she describes herself as a traveller, foodie, paddler, hiker and leader. People are her passion. But adventure is her religion. Rachel’s wanderlust brought her to Australian shores in 2007 and, having worked for the likes of Employers Mutual Limited and as General Manager, Strategy & People for Coal Services, Rachel made the move to Macquarie Telecom Group in August 2019. As Head of People & Culture, she works closely with Macquarie’s executive team to ensure the business has the resources and the skills, supported by the culture, to deliver their strategic objectives. A self-proclaimed lifelong learner and an open minded collaborator, she’s ready to move mountains to build employee engagement and corporate culture.
