The State of AI Culture and Readiness in Europe
Europe is falling behind the rest of the world in AI technology integration and utilisation. Just one in 10 leaders in Europe believe their organisations are fully prepared to use AI effectively. AI adoption is further impaired by low European employee engagement and the sluggish pace of workforce reskilling, AI technology training and recruiting for critical technical roles.
Only 13% of Europe’s workforce is engaged -- lower than any global region. A disengaged workforce is less likely to feel prepared to embrace new technologies, and employee uncertainty about the impact of AI on jobs may be a factor depressing European engagement levels.
The Gallup Culture of AI Benchmark Report features important insights based on the perspectives of senior leaders from 40 major European companies on their organisations’ adoption of AI technologies and the readiness of their workforces to use AI effectively.
Join Gallup senior workplace expert Jeremie Brecheisen for this special virtual event to learn key findings and analysis about the state of AI culture and readiness in Europe and how leaders can accelerate AI adoption in the organisations they lead.
You will learn:
- why some organisations excel in adopting AI and other advanced technologies while others do not
- key drivers of cultural readiness essential for successful AI integration
- the capability of European leadership and management to lead change to foster AI adoption
