Senior Consultant Shruti Rastogi leads Gallup’s Consulting Practice across Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. Shruti consults with Gallup’s top clients globally. Shruti leads the client service team for many of her client accounts, aligning execution with strategic intent. She oversees and coordinates the Gallup team to deliver work with excellence and helps create client impact by designing solutions aimed at overcoming her clients’ key business challenges. Her areas of expertise are in talent management and integrating Gallup’s customer and employee engagement practice to help client organizations identify and develop their top talent pool and improve their employee and customer experiences to drive sustainable, organic growth. Her research, recommendations and insights support interventions that help her clients meet their key objectives.
