As a Senior Consultant based in Gallup's Sydney office, Camilla Frumar works with clients to identify underlying business problems. She then develops solutions to counteract them through strategic human capital initiatives, such as strengths-based development and employee and customer engagement. Camilla uses her expertise in positive psychology principles including Gallup’s strengths science to support executives to be the best managers and leaders they can be based on their unique talents. Camilla has worked with clients in diverse industries, including healthcare, education, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. Camilla also facilitates and leads Gallup learning courses across the Asia Pacific region. She is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and has accreditation in a number of other psychometric tools for selection and development.

Humaira Ahmad, Head of HR Operations at Syngenta AMEA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diversified experience spanning over 28 years in various large-scale industries for internationally renowned enterprises such as British American Tobacco (BAT), GSK, Engro Corporation and Pakistan Petroleum. In her current role, she works towards enhancing employee experience and operational excellence by leveraging technologies and improving processes across 30+ countries in AMEA. She actively engages with her team to achieve higher efficiency and promotes strategic process re-engineering wherever needed. In Pakistan, her HR-led initiatives led to Syngenta being recognized as the “Best Place to Work” and “Employer of Choice” for Diversity and Inclusion by International Finance Corporation & Pakistan Business Council. As an executive in the agriculture sector, she continues to champion DE&I, win-win collaborations and raising the bar to embed a culture of excellence.
