Heather Barrett is a Managing Consultant at Gallup specializing in organizational culture, change management and employee experience. Heather is a leader within Gallup’s Consulting Practices, responsible for translating key research insights into consultative approaches that advance Gallup’s advisory capabilities. Heather also leads engagements with enterprise clients in the financial and professional services industries. Prior to joining Gallup, Heather spent a decade working in progressive Human Resource leadership roles, advising on talent strategy, human capital performance and organizational development. She has worked with organizations ranging from boutique startup agencies to large, global enterprises.

Pa leads Gallup’s teams across EMEA where he supports leading companies to drive organizational and cultural change. He has 13 years’ experience working with leadership teams on both organizational and C-Suite challenges. Pa leverages Gallup’s cutting-edge insights in the science of behavioural economics and decision-making to support leaders and consult them on interventions to better engage employees, customers and suppliers. Pa has an MSc and a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Universiteit van Tilburg in The Netherlands. Born and raised in The Gambia, Pa has lived in Germany, The Netherlands and Tunisia. He is fluent in English, German and Wolof.
