Your Course Materials and Learning Content

As a Gallup-Certified Manager, you have access to your course materials and our learning content for three years.

We recommend you set aside time every month to return to your resources. You'll solidify concepts, make new discoveries and troubleshoot challenges you face as a team leader.

Professional Credits

Gallup's popular courses provide transformational learning experiences to a wide variety of professionals, many of whom have professional certifications specific to their industry. As a company committed to creating better leaders and managers, we want to ensure our courses offer the best possible experiences and the biggest benefits to you.

To support your professional development, we have received approval to offer continuing education or recertification credit hours for many of our courses. Your CliftonStrengths Reports

Gallup Access is home to the tools and resources you need -- including your CliftonStrengths reports -- to manage at your best. Because managers focus on others' development, their own growth can sometimes take a back seat.

Invest in your ongoing development by regularly returning to your CliftonStrengths reports. You can best understand insights from your reports over time, not all at once. Whenever you face an obstacle, take on an exciting challenge or finish a big project (or anything in between), return to your CliftonStrengths reports to spark greater self-awareness and kick-start improved performance.

To access your reports, simply:

  • sign in using your course credentials
  • open the Menu navigation
  • select CliftonStrengths
