As extreme weather events increase across the U.S., Gen Z Americans are the latest generation to experience these events as a "new normal." This report dives into their perspective on water issues related to climate change.

The data reveal that an overwhelming majority of Gen Z say it is very or somewhat important to protect oceans, lakes and rivers from pollution -- but many do not think the U.S. is doing enough to protect water resources. Over one-third of Gen Zers fear they will need to relocate due to climate change, with a notable percentage worried about water pollution, floods and droughts in their communities.
