About Tim
Consults with K-12 school districts and higher education institutions and leads research projects in strengths development, employee selection, employee engagement and well-being
Tim has delivered presentations and written journal articles and technical reports on many topics, including the CliftonStrengths assessment, strengths-based development, positive psychology and leadership development. He has contributed chapters to the books Positive Psychology in Practice, Organizational Behavior (10th Edition), Positive Psychology on the College Campus, and The Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work.
Tim serves as Executive Director of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's CliftonStrengths Institute. He is also an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Management Department at the UNL College of Business.
