Being a Coach fulfills my top talents as well as my deeply rooted passions in education and life-long learning. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Science degree in Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership, with an emphasis in Human Resource Development. For over 15 years I have led a career in higher education non-profits. Currently, I am the Talent Management Specialist for a team of 150 Advancement professionals, where I specialize in learning and development, employee recognition, and engagement.
My coaching style reflects the guiding principles of my life as a loyal listener who fosters deep, lasting connections with those around me, while providing a safe space for introspection and personal development.
