The Gallup Asia Summit took place on April 6-8, 2015
at the Grand Hyatt, Shanghai
The Gallup Asia Summit is an annual gathering that brings together over 100 senior executives from the most recognized companies in the region. Attending the Summit provides the opportunity to network with senior leaders and executives from across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, and exchange best practices on similar challenges and opportunities.

The 2015 summit included a pre-conference workshop on Building a Strengths-Based Performance Culture. The workshop took place on April 6, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and was offered at no additional charge. Please see the workshop details below.
The main event opened with a welcome reception at 6:00 p.m. on April 6, and adjourned at 3:00 p.m. on April 8, 2015. Speakers at the event included senior executives from Iclif Leadership and Governance Center, Gallup, AIA China, Hyatt Asia, Fonterra (New Zealand), Wanhua Chemical, Disney China, Guangdong Power Grid Corporation, China Merchants Property Development, and Apollo Hospitals (India).
NEW FOR 2015 -- Gallup offered a complimentary pre-conference workshop
The Building a Strengths-Based Performance Culture Workshop was a fast-paced three-hour session that was designed to help organizational leaders understand what it means to be a strengths-based performance culture, and how to help advance their company on the path to becoming strengths-based. With useful insights from Gallup research and best practices based on organizations around the world, participants learned:
- How to leverage the power of the Clifton StrengthsFinder to increase workgroup and organizational engagement and drive business results
- What companies are doing to integrate strengths with organizational processes, so it becomes part of the organization's culture and identity
- The core components for creating effective strengths initiatives that touch every level in the organization, from executive leaders to front-line associates
Based on decades of experience helping organizations use strengths as an integral part of their human capital strategy, this workshop helped participants discover how to leverage the talent of their associates to drive organizational performance.
